As an Applebee’s Server, you will be guests’ first and last impression. You must be friendly, make recommendations, and anticipate the needs of the guest. You will work hard but have a great time doing it!

• Greet guests with a smile and ensure a positive first impression.
• Take orders, recommend menu items, and explain daily specials.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, service bar, and kitchen portions as needed.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures and communicate effectively with the kitchen and bar teams.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Be able to effectively communicate with others.
• Be committed to making an impact.

• Must be able to exert well‑paced mobility for long periods of up to four hours.
• Must be able to safely reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 25 pounds.
• Must transport plates, glasses, and baskets to and from dining room, service bar, and kitchen about 30 times per shift.
• Must be able to speak clearly, listen attentively, and wear protective hand coverings and face coverings throughout the shift.
• Must work with disinfectant cleaning supplies and wash hands frequently with disinfecting soap.
