Position SummaryU.S. Auto Force, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., brings together more than 100 years of experience as an industry leader in the distribution of tires, undercar parts, and lubricants to independent tire retailers, auto repair shops, and automotive dealerships.
The schedule is Monday - Friday 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM, plus rotating Saturdays. Schedules may change based on business needs and may require overtime.
Job Responsibilities- Load, unload and stock tires and auto parts in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.
- Use scanners to find and put away tires and assist with inventory control.
- Lift 50 pounds consistently, occasionally up to 80 pounds; use mechanical equipment or team lifts for heavy loads.
- Exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when working with barrels or industrial/agricultural tires.
- Remain on feet for extended periods; work overtime as needed.
- Maintain safety by adhering to all safety policies and operating procedures.
- Perform other job‑related tasks as requested by supervisor, with reasonable accommodations.
- Highly competitive wages starting at $20.50/hr.

Qualified visual, auditory, physical, and mental ability to operate equipment safely. Frequently lift up to 50 pounds, occasionally up to 80 pounds, and push up to 40 pounds. Possible team lifts or use of mechanical equipment.
Protective equipment required: steel or composite toe boots, safety vest, safety harness, seatbelt, self‑retracting lifeline. All equipment provided except toe boots.
Employees may be exposed to weather conditions. Noise levels moderate. Fumes associated with tires and occasional lubricants.
Qualifications- Must be 16 years or older.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally up to 80 pounds; push up to 40 pounds.
- Abide by all company safety policies and state/federal transportation regulations and manufacturing guidelines.
- Willing to work overtime as needed.
- Follow instructions and safe operating procedures.
- Work effectively in a team environment.
- Successfully pass a pre‑employment drug test (no THC/marijuana).
