Position Summary:

Schedule:
Monday - Friday 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM or until work is completed, plus rotating Saturdays. Schedules are subject to change based on business needs and may require overtime.
- Load, unload, stock tires and auto parts in a fast‑paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as a forklift or picker equipment.
- Use scanners to find and put away tires and assist with inventory control.
- Lift 50 pounds consistently throughout the shift and occasionally up to 80 pounds; use team lifts or mechanical equipment for commercial tires.
- Exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when working with barrels or industrial/agricultural tires.
- Work comfortably at heights up to 25 feet while operating equipment.
- Maintain an active pace, working on your feet for extended periods and overtime as needed.
- Contribute to a culture of safety, ensuring adherence to all safety policies and operating procedures.
- Assist other departments (e‑commerce, inventory, call center) as business needs arise.
- Perform other job‑related tasks and follow instructions given by your supervisor, with reasonable accommodations provided when applicable.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be qualified in visual, auditory, physical, and mental ability to operate equipment safely. Frequently lift products weighing up to 50 pounds, occasionally up to 80 pounds; exert a pushing force up to 40 pounds. Handle commercial tires through rolling, destacking, or team lifts with mechanical equipment. Protective equipment required: steel or composite toe boots, safety vest, safety harness, seatbelt, and self‑retracting lifeline (SRL).
All equipment is provided by U.S. Auto Force except for steel/composite toe boots. Work may involve exposure to weather conditions, moderate noise levels, and fumes from tires, car parts, and lubricants.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- 1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience.
- Ability to safely lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally 80 pounds.
- Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when working with barrels and industrial/agricultural tires.
- Ability to work at heights up to 25 feet while operating equipment and maintaining safety standards.
- Abidance by company safety policies and state/federal transportation regulations.
- Ability to pass forklift certification.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
- Ability to follow instructions and safe operating procedures.
- Team‑orientated work ethic.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (no THC/marijuana testing).
