911 Bio Care is a premier wellness and aesthetic clinic specializing in hormone replacement therapy, vitamin infusions, weight management, and medical aesthetics. We are committed to providing exceptional care in a supportive, patient-centered environment. We are currently seeking an experienced, dependable, and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our growing team.

• Greet and prepare patients for exams and procedures
• Perform phlebotomy and collect lab specimens
• Take and record vital signs, patient history, and chief complaints
• Assist provider with exams, in-office procedures, and injections
• Administer intramuscular and subcutaneous injections (as trained)
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation (Tebra or Jane experience a plus)
• Prepare and stock exam rooms and medical supplies
• Clean and disinfect patient care areas in accordance with clinic protocols
• Communicate professionally with patients, providers, and team members
• Support front office tasks as needed, including answering phones and scheduling appointments

• Medical Assistant certification or diploma from an accredited program
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a clinical setting preferred
• Familiarity with HRT, vitamin injections, or aesthetics is a plus
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
• Must be proficient in phlebotomy (blood draws)
