This position is responsible for assisting in the development of organization-wide initiatives and independently planning, managing, and implementing compliance and contract management program at RCH and its entities. Duties may also include compliance mitigation activities, as needed, and assigned. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to investigating internal concerns, management of internal contract data systems, conducting related education and training.
This position additional duties and responsibilities to include but not limited to the management of contracts and insurance coverages, organization’s event reporting systems, and policy and procedure systems and assisting Risk Management as needed.

EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or related field desired: master’s degree preferred.
- Requires five (5) years of experience with compliance and contract management; one to two years in compliance and contract management preferred.
- Thorough knowledge of health care regulations, principles, concepts, and practices, i.e., OIG, CMS CoP, TJC, Title 22, FDA, and other federal, state, and local standards and regulations.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) certification within 18 months of employment
- MAB is required to be completed on the first day of work. (Grandfathered: existing employees must complete new requirements by 6/9/2025.)
