Our client is a well-established construction firm located in Redlands, CA and for 15+ years now, they have been growing their name as a leader in the furnishing and installation of commercial doors, frames and hardware throughout Southern California. Their services include procurement, design build, modernizations and new construction. Most of their work is done in Orange County, Los Angeles, San Diego, Coachella Valley and the Inland Empire.

This boutique firm prides themselves on delivering excellence to their growing roster of clients and they have been grooming their reputation as the best door crew in the business.

Generous salary ($120-150K). Full benefits (medical, dental, vision). 401K.

Currently they are looking for a talented Project Manager with 3+ years of experience handling commercial door projects. This person will need the ability to read plans and specifications, public works experience. Additionally, they will put together submittal package, RFI’s and PCO’s. Order Hollow Metal Frames, Doors, Wood Doors and Hardware as well as keep track of job budgets for material and labor.

• Extensive knowledge of the door/frame/hardware industry
• 3+ years’ commercial door experience required
• Purchasing
• Customer/Vendor communication
• Ensuring project is being built correctly
• Project schedule management and forecasting
• Submittal creation and implementation
• Proficient at reading architectural plans and specifications
• Assist in day-to-day construction management operations
• Ability to manage projects from estimating stage through to final installation
• Candidates must be team oriented and self-motivated
