Job Summary

The Accounts Payable Technician I is an entry-level accounting professional responsible for supporting daily accounts payable operations to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments. This role reviews and verifies vendor invoices, enters data into the accounting system, and assists with payment processing in accordance with school policies and procedures.

The position serves as a key point of contact for vendors and internal departments, helping to resolve discrepancies and respond to payment inquiries. The Accounts Payable Technician I maintains organized financial records, supports month-end closing activities, and ensures compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.

In person position, Redlands, CA.
