The role will be based on site at Redhill - 12 Month Maternity Cover
Responsibilities
- Perform administrative, operational, and sales support tasks, enabling the sales team to focus on selling and business growth.
- Serve as the single point of contact between the sales staff, internal resources, and partners.
- Manage sales order administration, including order entry, quotes, order status, and availability.
- Assist in logistics and operations coordination, including export and radiation safety compliance.
- Administer contracts to ensure timely shipments and installations.
- Advise the sales team on shipping status, literature requests, and service liaison.
- Continuously improve critical processes to meet high‑performance sales goals.
- Develop, enhance, and implement efficient processes and procedures.
- Provide support for RFPs, tenders, and proposals.
- Uphold the company’s core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork.
- Demonstrate behaviour consistent with the company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct.
Qualifications
- Equivalent work experience in a similar role.
- Experience working with sales, marketing, technical support, operations, and service teams; strong problem‑solving skills.
- Results‑oriented, committed to teamwork and customer satisfaction.
- Strong organisational, attention to detail, and follow‑through skills.
- Ability to succeed in a high‑pressure, fast‑paced environment.
- High energy, self‑motivated, initiative‑taking, and capable of completing tasks.
- Diplomatic handling of difficult situations.
