A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Technical Quality Manager to lead the Quality function within a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

You will oversee the Quality team, maintain compliance with industry and customer standards, and drive continuous improvement across all quality processes.

Role & Responsibilities:

Lead the daily activities of the Quality team, developing capability through coaching, reviews and clear objectives
Oversee internal non‑conformances, ensuring issues are investigated, root causes identified and corrective actions implemented
Manage product inspections and quality checks, ensuring compliance with AQL standards and customer specifications
Analyse performance data and produce technical reports for senior management
Maintain QC sample control, documentation accuracy and compliance with internal and external quality requirements

Knowledge,

Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in quality systems management and process improvement within a manufacturing environment
Strong background in audits, non‑conformance investigations and customer/supplier quality management
Highly proficient with spreadsheets, databases and data analysis
Excellent communication skills, able to present information clearly at all organisational levels
Strong project management capability with exceptional attention to detail
