Health Care Assistant

We are currently looking for well-qualified HCAs with mental health and critical care experience for ongoing agency placements that offer regular, consistent shifts, similar to a permanent role.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking agency flexibility with job stability.

Key Responsibilities

* Providing high-quality personal and clinical care to service users

* Supporting individuals with mental health conditions, complex needs, and critical care requirements

* Assisting with daily living activities in line with care plans

* Working closely with nursing and senior care staff

* Maintaining dignity, safety, and wellbeing at all times

Essential Requirements

* Minimum 6–12 months experience as a Healthcare Assistant / Support Worker

* Proven experience in mental health settings

* Experience handling critical care, complex needs, or high-dependency patients

* Confident working in challenging or specialist care environments

* Right to work in the UK (British / ILR / Dependent visa)

* Enhanced DBS (or willing to apply)
