Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: 40 per week on average
Salary: £31,500/annum, depending on experience.

Our RCVS accredited practice offers access to one of the largest groups of veterinary specialists within the UK and Europe. We are continuously aiming to provide the highest standards of medical and surgical care for our patients within a caring and compassionate environment.
Our team consists of over 60 Registered Veterinary Nurses (RVN) and 32 recognised specialists in surgery, internal medicine, ophthalmology, oncology, neurology, cardiology, dentistry, diagnostic imaging and anaesthesia.

About the Role- Monday to Friday: shifts between 7.30am to 8.30pm
- Weekend duties once every 6 weeks.
- Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) with a minimum of 1 year’s post qualification nursing experience
- You must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, having high levels of accuracy and attention to detail are essential, together with being committed to providing high standards of service
- Have excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Maintain a professional and caring approach in all aspects of your work
- Provide evidence of your Right to Work in the UK
- You will work as part of our large, multi-disciplinary team consisting of fellow RVN’s, Clinicians, Residents, Interns, and Nursing Assistants.
- You will see a large and varied caseload, allowing you to work within an exceptional team and develop your career whilst being exposed to cases from a variety of disciplines. This is a rewarding and challenging role that will require teamwork and dedication to each service and their patients.
- You will rotate through different departments in our hospital and utilise the nursing skills for which you have trained. Working within one of our five Wards, Diagnostics or Theatre.
We have a team of night nurses, so there will be no regular night shifts. Referral experience is not essential as full training is given within a comprehensive induction programme.
