Salary: £39,000
Hours:
36-hour working week

Role Responsibilities
* Carry out property inspections and stock condition surveys.
* Support planned maintenance, repair works and capital investment projects.
* Ensure properties meet building safety and regulatory standards.
* Conduct pre- and post-inspections of void properties.
* Liaise with contractors to ensure work is delivered to a high standard.
* Contribute to asset performance reviews and technical reporting.
* Work collaboratively with housing, repairs and compliance teams.
* Support sustainability and energy-efficiency initiatives.
* Engage with vulnerable residents and partner organisations within supported housing.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a surveying role, or an experienced multi-trades professional.
* A full, valid UK driving licence with no more than six penalty points.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Two professional references will be required.
