Our client is a well established, service led business who are looking to appoint a Facilities and Compliance Coordinator due to growth. This is a part time role supporting the team in maintaining health, safety and compliance responsibilities.
This role would suit someone who is personable, thorough and persistent, with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage time sensitive information. The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders and external service providers to ensure compliance standards are consistently met.
Role Overview:
- Manage health and safety and general risk management schedules produced by external specialist consultants
- Maintain accurate and up to date records relating to compliance activities and inventories
- Liaise with and coordinate external contractors as required
- Support the provision of relevant information and requirements to key stakeholders
- Review reports on a regularly to identify areas for improvement or required remedial actions
- Support senior operational colleagues in achieving ongoing compliance with relevant health and safety regulations
We're looking for
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage deadlines and time sensitive data
