Our client in Redditch is looking to expand their team with some additional qualified Class 1 drivers!
We have day shifts and night shifts available.
This contract only operates Monday to Friday so you get to keep your weekends!
Pay Rates for Class 1 Drivers
Days - £17 per hour (£19.22 including holiday)
Nights - £18 per hour (£20.35 including holiday)
Holiday is accrued additionally as annual leave - OR can be rolled into your hourly rate at your request.
The work will consist of store deliveries to tool stores all around the UK. On an average shift you can expect to do 3 or 4 drops. Cages will need to be unloaded.
Day shifts start between 06:00 - 10:00
Night shifts start between 17:00 - 20:00
Requirements:
- a valid HGV Class 1 driver's licence
- a valid CPC card
- a valid Tacho card
- ideally 6 months Class 1 experience
- an understanding of tacho and road laws
