Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Construction Electrician to join our team on a permanent basis. The role involves working on construction and commercial sites across the West Midlands, with occasional work further afield. The successful candidate will have strong site experience, a professional attitude, and the ability to work safely and efficiently in a construction environment.
Key

Duties & Responsibilities
Carry out electrical installation work on construction and commercial sites
Complete first and second fix electrical installations
Install containment systems including conduit, trunking, tray, and basket
Wiring, terminating, testing, and fault finding
Read and work from electrical drawings, schematics, and site plans
Ensure all electrical work complies with BS 7671 (IET Wiring Regulations)
Adhere to all site health and safety procedures and company policies
Liaise with site managers, supervisors, and other trades on site
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working area
Use tools, equipment, and PPE correctly at all times
Travel to sites across the West Midlands and occasionally further afield
Skills & Experience Required
NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent
Valid CSCS Trade Card (essential)
18th Edition Wiring Regulations (preferred)
Proven experience working as an electrician on construction sites
Strong understanding of health and safety on construction projects
Ability to work independently and meet site deadlines
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Full UK driving licence (essential)
