I am currently working with a well-established security systems provider who is looking for a CCTV Service Engineer to support their growing operations.

You will be involved in delivering a high-quality, professional service, responsible for the installation, commissioning and maintenance of Intruder Alarm, CCTV and Access Control systems across domestic, commercial and industrial sites.

This is a field-based role, covering the Worcestershire and surrounding areas, reporting directly to the Operations Director.

Duties Will Include:

* Install and commission both small and large-scale Intruder Alarm, CCTV and Access Control systems

* Carry out detailed on-site diagnostics, identifying existing and potential system issues

* Clearly communicate findings, solutions and recommendations to customers

* Identify opportunities for system enhancements by understanding customer needs

* Ensure customers are fully satisfied and that sites are left clean, tidy and compliant

* Support management with stock control when required

* Keep up to date with industry standards, regulations and emerging technologies through training and toolbox talks

Skills & Experience Required:

* Ideally minimum 3 years’ experience within the security industry

* ECS or CSCS card with sound Health & Safety knowledge would be beneficial

* Emergency First Aid at Work certification

* Working knowledge of British Standards relating to installation and maintenance

* Strong hands-on experience with Honeywell Galaxy and Texecom systems

* Confident fault-finding and troubleshooting across a range of systems
