As Floor Manager, you will support the Store Management team in running day‑to‑day operations. You will lead by example, motivate your team, and ensure exceptional store standards and customer experience.

Primary shifts are typically 6:00 am–2:30 pm; as this is retail some flexibility will be required to meet business needs.

• Deliver excellent service and maintain strong visual and operational standards.
• Support, develop and motivate your team to hit sales and performance targets.
• Ensure the store meets all legal, safety, and operational requirements.
• Drive KPIs and manage performance effectively.
• Contribute to a positive, high‑performing store culture.

• Experience managing a team in retail or hospitality.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• A hands‑on approach with a flexible, ‘can do’ attitude.
• Ability to think on your feet and make confident decisions.
• Passion for retail and delivering great service.
