Senior Assistant Merchandiser

We are looking for an organised, commercially minded Senior Assistant Merchandiser with strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail to join our Core Merchandising team. This role drives financial planning and stock management for AYBL Women’s and Men’s product ranges.

As Senior Assistant Merchandiser, you will support the team in strategically driving the business through effective planning, range building and trading. You will collaborate closely with Buying, Sourcing, Design, Technical, E‑commerce and Marketing teams to deliver commercially successful products at the right time, in the right quantities and at the right price.

• Ensure smooth day-to-day running of all merchandising administration
• Accurately maintain and update key merchandising systems
• Analyse and interpret sales and stock data, highlighting opportunities and risks
• Work closely with internal teams and suppliers to manage product critical paths
• Support and help manage the end‑to‑end supply chain process with clear, timely communication
• Assist with financial planning and stock management for core product ranges
• Line‑manage and develop the Merchandising Admin Assistant

• Strong numerical, data management and analytical skills with a good understanding of Excel
• 2–3 years’ experience in a similar merchandising role within clothing or sportswear industry (ideally)
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Able to prioritise a wide range of tasks in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
• Confident, proactive and comfortable taking ownership of your role
• A genuine passion for fitness, fashion and product
