SummaryWe are looking for an organised, commercially minded Senior Assistant Merchandiser with a strong analytical skillset and a keen eye for detail to join our Core Merchandising team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving the financial planning and stock management of our AYBL Womens and Mens product ranges.

About the RoleAs Senior Assistant Merchandiser, you will support the team in strategically driving the business through effective planning, range building and trading. Working closely with Buying, Sourcing, Design, Technical, E-commerce and Marketing teams, you will help ensure we deliver commercially successful product at the right time, in the right quantities and at the right price.
You will bring a strong balance of commercial understanding and fashion awareness, helping to identify opportunities, mitigate risk and support the smooth running of the department.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of all merchandising administration
- Accurately maintain and update key merchandising systems
- Analyse and interpret sales and stock data, clearly highlighting opportunities and risks to the wider team
- Work closely with internal teams and suppliers to manage product critical paths
- Support and help manage the end-to-end supply chain process with clear, timely communication
- Assist with financial planning and stock management for core product ranges
- Line management and development of the Merchandising Admin Assistant
- Strong numerical, data management and analytical skills with a good understanding of Excel
- Ideally 2–3 years’ experience in a similar merchandising role within the clothing or sportswear industry
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Able to prioritise a wide range of tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Confident, proactive and comfortable taking ownership of your role
- A genuine passion for fitness, fashion and product
