Are you an experienced Quality Manager and Engineer who has strong knowledge of aerospace quality standards? Are you committed to maintaining the highest standards in quality management? Our client manufacturer precision engineering parts for the aerospace and power generation industry, who are looking for a Quality Manager and Quality Engineer (2 positions) to join them on a permanent basis.

As a Quality Assurance & Environmental Manager, you will play a critical role in maintaining and developing and maintaining our Quality & Environmental Management Systems. This includes ensuring compliance with ISO
9001, AS9100, AS13100, NADCAP, and ISO
14001 standards. You will work closely with process owners and cross-functional teams to ensure audit readiness, lead improvement initiatives, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

• Maintain and develop Quality & Environmental Management Systems to meet industry standards (ISO
  9001, AS9100, AS13100, NADCAP, ISO
  14001) and customer-specific requirements.
• Report on quality and environmental KPIs, identifying areas for improvement.
• Act as a primary contact for customers and third parties regarding Quality and Environmental Management matters.
• Lead internal and external audits, manage non-conformances, and support corrective action processes.
• Support new product introduction and ensure audit readiness across the business.
• Lead quality-related training and mentoring to foster a Zero-Defect culture.
• Participate in problem-solving exercises to improve efficiency and compliance.
• Ensure sustainability practices are embedded in operations, and drive initiatives to achieve environmental objectives in alignment with our environmental pathway.

• Previous experience working in a Quality Manager/Lead role
• Strong knowledge of aerospace quality standards AS9100 and/or AS13100
• Well versed in preparing for and hosting internal and external audits
