An established and independent small animal practice in Redditch is seeking a dedicated Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) to join their friendly and committed team. With a strong local reputation and a practical, hands‑on approach, the practice is looking for a RVN to join their team who is ready to get involved in all areas of nursing.

As an RVN, you’ll be part of a tight‑knit clinical team providing outstanding care to both inpatients and outpatients. This is a varied role where you’ll be expected to take initiative, support vets in surgery, carry out nurse consults, and engage with clients in a compassionate and informative way.

• Deliver high‑quality nursing care across all areas of the practice
• Monitor anaesthesia and assist in surgical procedures
• Run nurse‑led consults and promote preventative healthcare
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well‑organised clinical environment
• Work collaboratively and communicate effectively with the wider team

• RCVS‑registered (or eligible to register)
• Confident in general nursing skills
• Strong team player with a proactive attitude
• Good communication and client care skills

• Salary range: £28,000 – £32,000
