Responsibilities
  • Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting for customers regarding storage hardware and software products
  • Conduct daily remote monitoring of storage environments to ensure optimal performance
  • Write and submit knowledge-based articles related to resolved cases to enhance team resources
  • Manage open support tickets, ensuring timely updates and resolutions for customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams and customers to develop customized solutions and maintain positive relationships
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline such as Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent experience
  • In-depth technical knowledge and strong problem analysis skills
  • Excellent troubleshooting abilities and customer service skills
  • Ability to work various shifts, including weekends and occasional overtime
  • Proactive approach to identifying and delivering value to customers
Preferred Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience providing technical support for storage or enterprise-level infrastructure products
  • Familiarity with various operating systems including Linux, Unix, Windows, and Mac OS
  • Knowledge of networking fundamentals and experience with hardware and software products
  • Experience with scripting languages and storage protocols such as SCSI, Lustre, GPFS, and SAN
