REQThe Digital & Communication Specialist will be contributing for the Digital & Communications activities for the Valeo Service Northern Europe subregion. This role is a key position contributing to turn Valeo Service into a digital automotive aftermarket player. The Digital & Communication Specialist scope will cover all Valeo Service product lines and tools, including interactions with distributors, branch networks, ITGS, and independent garages in multiple countries.

The mission is to strengthen Valeo's brand awareness, drive the adoption of digital services, and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms. You will have a key role to turn Valeo Service into a digital automotive aftermarket player.  
** Key Responsibilities
**** Promotions & Communication**- You are creating Valeo brand awareness by effectively promoting and deploying digital services. This includes the management and implementation of online campaigns (incl. E-Mail Marketing, Content Marketing) for Valeo Tech Academy and Tech@ssist.

- You contribute to the definition and execution of the Digital & Communications Strategy - You will be involved in the creation of marketing collateral for online and offline channels. Including briefing and follow up with internal stakeholders.

-You support the trade marketers with their marketing plan implementation with both online and offline activities
** Digital Marketing Analysis
*** You contribute to digital marketing activities like: SEO, SEA, Social media (ie: Facebook) to generate targeted audience mainly workshops, distributors and drivers. You are the referral to identify local opportunities with Whatsapp or any local social network.
* You continuously track and improve performance on all digital touch points. You are a key contributor for dashboards and metrics on digital activities in order to optimize our budgets for acquisition.
* You turn qualified leads into ambassadors and animate our community (garage network, loyalty program)
** Content creation & Social Media
*** You will adapt and create your content for news, fairs, and strive for the efficiency of our tools and services like Tech@ssist parts finder & technical documentation, Webinars in liaison with Tech Care team.
* You will contribute to content creation for Newsletters across different countries including managing the editorial calendar, managing translations into main languages, proofreading and publishing. In doing so, you ensure consistent, audience-relevant messaging aligned with corporate guidelines across all channels.
* You will contribute to Valeo Social Media strategy and implementation.
