Role Overview
- As a Multi Sectored Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting businesses to find exceptional talent across multiple sectors. You’ll be responsible for sourcing candidates, managing the recruitment process, and delivering outstanding results for both clients and job seekers. With a multi-sector focus, every day will bring variety and exciting challenges.

Key Responsibilities
- - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs.

- Source, attract, and secure top talent through innovative methods such as job boards, social media, and networking.

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

- Proactively develop business opportunities and contribute to team growth.

- Stay updated on market and sector trends to ensure a competitive edge.

- Deliver excellent customer service to both clients and candidates.

Skills & Experience Required
- - Previous experience in recruitment (multi-sector experience is a plus!).

- A confident communicator with great interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work efficiently in a target-driven environment.

- Strong organisational and time management skills.

- Proficient in using recruitment tools and systems.

- A positive, can-do attitude with a passion for helping others succeed.
