We’re looking for a Day Care Assistant to join our lovely team at Bowood Court Care Home,a friendly 59-bed home in Enfield, Redditch,on a permenant, full time basis,

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our residents’ daily lives – offering a smile, a listening ear, and hands-on support with personal care, mealtimes and activities. We’re searching for someone kind, patient and compassionate, who will treat our residents like family and help make every day a little brighter.

About the Care Assistant role:

• Pay of £12.36 per hour
• 44 hours per week
• Night shifts 7pm - 7am
• Alternate weekend work required

What we are looking for;

• Previous care experience (desirable)
• Good literacy, numeracy and communication skills
• Positive and caring attitude (essential)
