Head of Engineering

A FMCG manufacturer are seeking a talented Head of Engineering to join their & lead their dynamic engineering team. Salary £60,000 to £80,000 plus Benefits

What You Will Do:

• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of the company’s maintenance software system, ensuring smooth operations and efficiency.

• Lead the successful adoption of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and advanced manufacturing methodologies to optimise processes.

• Manage resources effectively, including assets, finances, and personnel, to execute equipment, facility, and utility modifications and upgrades.

• Champion a culture of engineering excellence, driving continuous improvement and process advancements across the team.

• Ensure compliance with GMP standards and liaise with external specialists and regulatory bodies to maintain legal adherence.

• Provide strategic leadership as part of the Site Leadership Team, shaping the future direction of the site.

• Proven experience in engineering leadership roles with a track record of delivering results.

• Strong knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and other advanced manufacturing methodologies.
