Primary Teacher

Start Date: ASAP or September 2026
Contract: Full-time, long-term (with potential for permanent appointment)
Salary: £130-210 per day (depending on experience)

Teaching Personnel are working closely with a warm and welcoming primary school in the B97 Redditch area who are seeking an enthusiastic Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a newly qualified teacher to begin their induction in a supportive, nurturing environment.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
