The Role We are recruiting a motivated and engaging English Teacher to join a secondary school in Redditch from February 2026. This long-term assignment involves teaching English across KS3 and KS4, delivering structured and engaging lessons that develop strong literacy, analytical skills and exam confidence. Full teaching responsibilities apply, including planning, marking, assessment and contributing to departmental initiatives.

The Candidate You’ll be a qualified English Teacher (QTS or ECT) with secure curriculum knowledge and the ability to inspire students of all abilities. The school is looking for someone organised, proactive and confident in managing behaviour, with a clear focus on raising attainment and supporting GCSE outcomes. A collaborative and professional approach is essential.
