This is a temporary contract initially paying £33.43ph PAYE

The successful candidate will prepare contract documents including Tenders, Bills of Quantities, Work Schedules, Specifications, and Schedule of Rates.

They will procure goods, services, and works contracts, including participation in tender evaluations and reporting outcomes, undertake site measurements and valuation of works, preparing payment notifications and associated documentation and prepare and agree costs for variations and non‑standard items of work.
