I am currently recruiting for an experienced Assistant Site Manager on behalf of a highly reputable UK house builder delivering high-quality new build residential developments.

This is an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Site Manager with a strong background in volume house building who is looking to progress their career within a well-structured business that genuinely invests in its people through clear career pathways and continued professional development.

The Role:

Working closely with the Site Manager, you will support the day-to-day management of a busy residential development, ensuring homes are delivered safely, on time, to programme and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

* Assisting in the management of site operations from start to completion

* Coordinating subcontractors and trades on site

* Ensuring health & safety standards are maintained at all times

* Supporting quality control and NHBC/building regulation compliance

* Assisting with build programmes and site reporting

* Helping deliver homes on time and to customer satisfaction standards

Requirements:

* Proven experience as an Assistant Site Manager within new build housing (essential)

* Strong understanding of construction processes, quality standards and H&S

* SMSTS or SSSTS, CSCS and First Aid (preferred)

* Ability to work well within a site management team

* Ambitious and motivated, with a desire to progress to Site Manager level
