Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum
About the Role:
We’re seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our Response and Maintenance Division. This role focuses on managing void properties, roofing repairs, and general maintenance works.
Key Responsibilities:
* Overseeing cost management for repairs and maintenance projects.
* Conducting site assessments and preparing detailed cost estimates.
* Collaborating with contractors and ensuring projects stay within budget.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in quantity surveying, ideally within a similar maintenance or repairs environment.
* Strong analytical and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
