Job Summary
Are you seeking SEND Teaching Assistant work in Redditch? We are working with a local SEND school setting seeking SEND support staff for flexible SEN TA work, allowing the school to have familiar faces for their students whilst giving good work‑life balance to their staff.
To be considered, you do not need to have SEND Teaching Assistant experience; we are happy to consider applicants with residential, support or care work. However, you will need prior experience supporting individuals with SEND support needs. Whilst this is a flexible days role, we will also consider staff for future full‑time work. This could be an ideal role for someone seeking to return to full‑time school‑based work.
This role will pay a week in arrears at a daily pay rate starting from £89 per day (PAYE) dependent on experience and qualifications. This is a temporary position, unless stated otherwise.

Responsibilities- Support individuals with SEND support needs.
- Prior experience supporting individuals with SEND support needs.
- No prior SEND TA experience required.
- Residential, support or care work experience considered.
- Must be suitably qualified for the position advertised and be prepared to attend a face‑to‑face interview with Axcis to demonstrate suitability.
Rate:
Starting from £89 per day (PAYE) dependent on experience and qualifications. This flexible days role may lead to future full‑time opportunities.
