About

The Role

We have a brand‑new role available for a Business Change Process Analyst. As a Process Analyst, you’ll play a key role in delivering transformational change by working closely with Business Change Managers to map both current (“as is”) and future (“to be”) process flows through an Operational Excellence lens. You’ll use a range of change management tools and techniques to identify improvement opportunities, influence solutions, and support sustainable change across the business.

You’ll be at the heart of change delivery. From translating future‑state processes into clear, user‑friendly guides to validating performance post‑handover, your work ensures the business is fully prepared for success. This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with Business Analysts, the wider Business Change team, and key stakeholders to shape how change is understood, implemented, and embedded for long‑term impact.

This position will initially be on an 18‑month fixed‑term contract basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the creation and alignment of all “as is” and “to be” process flows, using insight and analysis to support transformation‑led change.
  • Build and maintain a central Business Change library of documented process flows to ensure consistency and visibility across the organisation.
  • Plan and run collaborative workshops with key stakeholders to accurately capture the current state of business processes.
  • Facilitate future‑state design workshops to develop efficient, fit‑for‑purpose process solutions that meet project goals and align with strategic priorities.
  • Identify gaps between current and future states, making informed recommendations to drive process improvements and eliminate inefficiencies.
  • Spot and highlight unintended impacts of change across other business functions to ensure smooth cross‑functional alignment.
  • Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in the approved format, ensuring clarity and usability for the end user.
  • Operate within the Business Change Framework, completing all required documentation to support business readiness and successful launch.
About You
  • You have a solid understanding of business processes and how they impact operational efficiency across functions.
  • You're highly skilled in process mapping tools and techniques, with advanced experience using Microsoft Visio or similar platforms.
  • Your strong analytical skills allow you to evaluate data, identify inefficiencies, and recommend practical, value‑adding solutions.
  • You’re a confident communicator who collaborates effectively with stakeholders at all levels to gather insight, challenge assumptions, and drive alignment.
  • You’re a natural problem solver who enjoys untangling complexity and turning it into clear, actionable steps.
  • Ideally, you bring experience in project or programme environments, with proven examples of supporting change initiatives in a fast‑paced business setting.
Reward & Benefits
  • A fair and competitive salary evaluated against market data, an annual discretionary bonus scheme, pension, life assurance, 2 days annual leave plus bank holidays and enhanced family leave.
  • Commitment and dedication to your ongoing personal and professional development. We help you to own and grow your potential so you can be at your best in your current role and to support your future career…
