The Best Connection Redditch are recruiting a Sales & Administration Assistant on a part time basis to support the sales team and ensure the smooth running of daily office operations.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Thursday 25K Per annum Sales Support Assist the sales team with preparing quotations, proposals, and sales documents.
Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person.
Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system.
Process sales orders, ensuring all information is complete and accurate.
Follow up on leads, outstanding quotations, and customer requests.
Support the development of new business opportunities through outbound calls and emails.
Administrative Duties Handle general office administration including filing, data entry, and document management.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes when required.
Assist with invoicing, purchase orders, and basic finance administration.
Maintain office supplies and ensure office equipment is functioning properly.
