Hourly Wage: $21–$22.25 dependent upon date of certification.

Generous Shift Differentials.

2nd shift: $1.50, 3rd shift: $2.00, Weekends $2.00.

We are looking for compassionate individuals to join our team as CNAs for the following shift needs:

• Full-Time 3pm–11pm, 30 hrs; e/o weekend
• Full-Time 7am–3pm, 30 hrs; e/o weekend
• Part-Time 3pm–11pm, 22.5 hrs; e/o weekend required
• Part-Time 3pm–11pm, 7.5 hrs; e/o Sunday
• Part-Time 7am–3pm, 22.5 hrs; e/o weekend

$1000 retention bonus paid in two equal installments of $500 when hired for this shift.

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

Must be a CT State Certified CNA for consideration.

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.
