Pool Route Technician

O2 Employment Services is working with a well-established residential swimming pool company that is seeking a Pool Route Technician to join their growing team. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity based in Redding, CA, offering hands-on work, great customer interaction, and opportunities for advancement within a reputable local business.

• Starting wage: $18.00 per hour
• $19.00 per hour upon successful completion of training
• Full-time, Monday through Friday schedule
• Opportunities for overtime and long-term growth within the company
• Valid driver’s license with a clean DMV record (required for company insurance)
• Professional appearance and demeanor — strong communication and customer service skills are a must
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently while staying on schedule
• Troubleshooting mindset — able to identify and resolve equipment or water-quality issues
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Prior pool maintenance experience a plus, but training is provided for the right candidate
• Maintain and clean residential swimming pools on assigned service routes
• Monitor and balance chemical levels to ensure pool safety and quality
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and report equipment issues or repair needs
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and deliver excellent customer service
• Document all work performed and maintain accurate service records daily
