We are currently hiring Full‑Time Fixed Wing Base Mechanic positions at our Northern California home base of Redding, CA, to support our 145‑repair station, maintaining a variety of aircraft, including Cessna 100 series, C208 Caravan, Sherpa SD3‑60, Diamond DA‑42, and Beechcraft King Air B200.

Our A&P Base Mechanics perform a variety of maintenance functions, including, but not limited to, detailed scheduled/unscheduled inspections, servicing, preventative maintenance, minor and major repairs, and/or alterations. Our Base Mechanics may be required to travel on occasion.

• FAA Airframe and Powerplant License (A&P).
• Knowledge of FAR’s 91, 133, 135 and 145 is preferred.
• Knowledge, experience, and prior training on any of the following aircraft is preferred:
  Cessna 100 series, C208 Caravan, Sherpa SD3‑60, Diamond DA‑42, Beechcraft King Air B200.
• Ability to work independently and tolerate high stress levels while maintaining the highest degree of professionalism.
• Pre‑employment drug screening required, as well as random drug screens.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team; ability and willingness to adapt to evolving situations and maintain good relationships with peers, customers, and agency staff.
