Sales Associate

We’re on the search for a Sales Associate that will help lead our civic-minded, pop culture-driven brand. As a Box Lunch Sales Associate, you'll be a key part of our success by providing excellent customer service, ensuring fans can find their favorite merchandise. You'll share your fandom knowledge, stock and replenish products, and merchandise the store in a visually appealing way, all while focusing on the in-store experience.

• Provide an exceptional shopping experience to encourage customer loyalty, leveraging your product knowledge and customer service skills
• Maintain visual standards by covering sales floor zones and organizing assigned areas
• Operate the register, process sales transactions, and promote add-on sales including benefits like BOPIS and curbside pickup
• Assist with planogram updates, including store layout, wall displays, fixtures, and merchandising
• Communicate fashion trends and store updates to management and HQ partners
• Work with Store Management to prevent theft and misuse of store resources
• Help keep the stock room organized and the store tidy
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve store goals
• Perform any additional duties assigned by your Store Leader

• Previous retail experience preferred; passion for philanthropy and pop culture is a plus!
• Strong customer service and sales skills
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products using store equipment, and lift up to 50 pounds

Pay rate: $16.50 - $17.00 per hour. The final salary will depend on education, location, experience, and other factors.
