Overview

Position:
Retail Store Manager at maurices, Store 2082-Mt Shasta Mall, Redding, CA 96003. This is a full-time, regular role leading a team to deliver an exceptional customer experience and drive store performance.

You’ll lead a team of 8-20 associates, including 3-4 members of management, to create an unforgettable experience that leaves customers looking and feeling their best.

• Inspire and direct a team focused on customer obsession and achieving goals (sales, loyalty, talent).
• Lead talent selection, associate development, onboarding, training, and retention.
• Manage the omni-channel business through visual presentation, sound operational practices, and store expense management.

Store Manager candidates are skilled individuals with:

• Previous management experience; specialty retail store management experience preferred.
• Proven ability to identify and develop talent and foster a positive team atmosphere.
• Ability to make sound decisions, take action, and achieve results.
• Computer proficiency.
• Availability to work day, evening, and weekend hours.
