Up to $25k Sign-On Bonus | $130k–$160k Base + Production | No Weekends or On-Call

Westside Pet Hospital is seeking a compassionate, team-oriented Associate DVM to join our 2-doctor small animal practice in beautiful Redding, California. New graduates are encouraged to apply - you’ll find a supportive environment with mentorship and collaboration at the heart of what we do.

• $130,000–$160,000 base salary (DOE)
• Production-based bonuses

• Build strong relationships with clients and patients
• Perform high‑quality physical exams, diagnostics, surgeries, and dentistry with a focus on patient comfort
• Communicate effectively about diagnoses, treatment plans, preventive care, and nutrition
• Keep accurate, up‑to‑date medical records
• Stay current on new developments in veterinary medicine
• Mentor and collaborate with our skilled support staff
• Represent Westside Pet Hospital with professionalism in the community
