Neurosurgery Trauma/Intensive Care Unit Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP)
Start Date:
ASAP | Pay Rate: $106.70 - $115.50
This facility is seeking a Neurosurgery Trauma/Intensive Care Unit Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details and Requirements- Schedule:
10‑Hour day shifts, 7 a.m. – 5 p.m. - Practice Setting:
Inpatient - Types of Cases:
Low/moderate risk procedures such as laceration repair, intravenous access/peripheral line insertion, fracture and dislocation reductions (minimal/moderate displacement). High‑risk procedures: gastric tube placement, endotracheal intubation, cardioversion/defibrillation, laryngeal mask airway (LMA), paracentesis, chest tubes, central and arterial line placement. - Credentialing Timeframe: 30-60 Days

Cerner - Certifications
Required:
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) required - Licensure
Required:
Active California license required
