Registered Nurse (RN) | Telemetry

About the Position
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry rhythms and report abnormalities promptly
Provide direct patient care , including assessment, medication administration, and treatment planning
Respond to cardiac emergencies and initiate appropriate interventions
Maintain accurate clinical documentation in the electronic medical record
Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and interdisciplinary teams
