Administrator of Home Health and Hospice needed. Must have strong Nursing Director with strong daily administrative leadership of a very active home health and hospice agency.

Currently, the organization has a large patient population of over 200 and over 70 FTEs.

Qualifications:

• RN, BSN required;
  Master's preferred.
• Minimum 6+ years of nursing administration experience in home health and hospice management with large FTE and patient census.
• Experience in budgeting, staffing, and administrative leadership.
• Strong accomplishments and steady work history in a similar setting.

Responsibilities:

• Provide daily administrative leadership for home health and hospice services.
• Oversee budgeting, staffing, and operational management.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality improvement initiatives.
• Lead a team of nursing and support staff.

Central Valley, Northern California.
