Job Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a night shift ICU position requiring a CA RN license and at least two years of ICU experience.

• Work in the ICU of a hospital setting
• Night shift schedule from 19:00 to 07:30
• 13-week travel contract
• Primary responsibilities include providing direct ICU patient care, monitoring clinical condition, and communicating with physicians regarding changes
• Responsible for guiding patient/family education and supervising other nursing personnel
• Must be able to respond quickly and accurately to changes in patient condition
• Maintaining patient privacy and confidentiality is essential
• Local candidates are accepted at the same rate as travelers

• Active CA RN license required
• Minimum two years of recent ICU nursing experience required
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications from AHA or Red Cross required
• Completion of Workplace Violence Prevention training (DCI/BVP) required
