Dignity Health Medical Group – North State is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP/PA) to join our Orthopedic team in Redding, CA.

• Combination of outpatient clinic and OR responsibilities
• Clinical duties include consultations, follow-ups, and procedures (e.g., joint injections, aspirations)
• Ordering and interpreting diagnostics
• Single hospital and clinic site with no commuting between facilities
• Supportive, team-oriented setting with excellent work-life balance

• Competitive salary: $145,000–$155,000 + productivity incentives

• Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
• Current and unrestricted California license and certification
• Minimum of 1 year experience in Orthopedic Surgery required
• First-assist surgical experience and comfort in both clinic and OR settings
• Ortho Spine experience preferred
