O2 Employment Services is partnering with a reputable manufacturing company to hire Warehouse Production Associate
. This is a physically active role in a fast-paced environment, ideal for individuals with a strong work ethic and a commitment to safety.

Warehouse Production Associate Shift Schedule (Rotating
12-Hour
Shifts
:

• The rotation then repeats.

• $18 per hour for the first 8 hours, $27 per hour for overtime
• Medical, dental, and vision insurance offered through O2
• Opportunities for overtime and weekend work

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a “can-do” attitude are a must
• Reliable transportation is required
• Must pass a company-specific background check (post-conditional offer)
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet for 12-hour shifts
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment
• Ability to make sound decisions under pressure

• Pick and package insulation materials for shipment
• Operate and maintain an assembly line
• Follow safety protocols for handling insulation materials, including proper lifting techniques
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
