Assembly Worker

O2 Employment Services is working with a reputable medical device manufacturing company that is looking for two full-time Medical Device Assemblers. These are long-term opportunities located in Redding, CA.

This company specializes in the production of high-quality medical devices and is seeking detail-oriented individuals who can thrive in a repetitive and precise production environment.

• $17.00 per hour to start with a review after one month to $18.00 per hour and more.
• Monday – Friday
• Flexible start time between 5:30am – 7:30am depending on production needs
• Full-time hours

• Strong attention to fine detail
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistency and focus
• Experience with detail-oriented tasks such as sewing, knitting, beading, or similar activities is preferred
• Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing is a plus but not required
• Dependable and able to work as part of a team
• Willingness to follow precise instructions and safety protocols

• Assemble small parts and components for medical devices
• Perform visual inspections to ensure quality standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
• Assist with other production tasks as needed
