Shasta Regional Medical Center is a 226‑bed acute care facility serving Northern California. The hospital offers a comprehensive range of services. Maintains accurate logs on all equipment in the hospital and provides a safe working environment. Maintains and repairs equipment including, but not limited to, mechanical, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, plant maintenance, and medical gas systems. Maintains the building and its related systems. Certified and/or licensed in a specific trade that is directly related to healthcare engineering.

• Five (5) years experience in an acute healthcare setting preferred
• Able to troubleshoot, read schematics, and/or blueprints.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• Certified and/or licensed in a specified trade that is relative to healthcare engineering (steam boiler, HVAC, etc).
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $39.35.

The exact starting compensation will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire and will consider a wide range of factors, including skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
