CT certified, licensure California - Ability to work both x-ray and CT. Able to start IVs. Work independently. Works well with other departments.

The CT (Computed Tomography) Tech Days Traveler is responsible for providing high-quality imaging services to patients at various healthcare facilities. This position involves traveling to different locations, operating CT equipment, ensuring accurate imaging, and delivering exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate is adaptable, highly skilled in CT procedures, and committed to maintaining patient safety and comfort.

• CT Imaging Operations:
  Perform CT imaging procedures per physician orders and departmental protocols.
• CT Imaging Operations:
  Operate and maintain CT equipment, ensuring proper functionality and calibration.
• CT Imaging Operations:
  Utilize imaging techniques to obtain high-quality diagnostic images for interpretation.
• Patient Care:
  Prepare and position patients for CT scans, ensuring comfort and accurate positioning.

  Explain procedures to patients and address any concerns to reduce anxiety.

  Monitor patients during procedures and respond to any medical emergencies.

  Adhere to all safety protocols, including radiation safety and infection control standards.

• Education:
  
  Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field.
• Certification: ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification in Radiography and CT.
• State-specific licensure, if applicable.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 1-2 years of CT scanning experience, preferably in diverse settings.
• Previous travel or multi-site experience is a plus.
