Position: Physical Therapist (PT) – Rehab
Location: Redding, CA 96003
Job Type: Contract
Pay Rate: $61/hr
Shift: AM Shift | 8 Hours
Days Per Week: 5
Remote Work: No
Position OverviewSeeking a skilled Physical Therapist to provide high-quality rehabilitative care to patients in accordance with state and federal regulations. The PT will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment and discharge plans, and deliver therapy to enhance independence in daily living skills.
Responsibilities- Evaluate and treat patients per physician orders or referrals
- Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment and discharge plans
- Document services accurately and in a timely manner
- Supervise support staff according to practice acts and facility policies
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and families
- Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and facility standards
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Active PT license in the state of California (or ability to obtain)
- Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills
- Experience in rehab or post-acute care preferred
